By using Macchi, you agree to these terms and to follow Discord's Terms of Service.

1. Discord Terms

Macchi operates inside Discord. You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.

Macchi only collects data required to operate its features. This includes Discord user IDs, guild (server) IDs, and basic interaction data.

This data is used to execute Lua scripts, store configurations, and provide personalized server functionality.

We do not collect messages content by default, unless explicitly required by a script executed by the server owner.

You may use Macchi to create and run Lua scripts for your server. You are responsible for everything executed through your scripts.

Stored data is kept only as long as needed for functionality. Server owners may request removal of stored configuration data at any time.

You may not use Macchi for harmful, illegal, abusive, or spam-related activities.

Macchi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, script behavior, or Discord actions.

Follow Discord’s rules, use Macchi responsibly, and understand that minimal server data is stored only for functionality.
